2009-10 Fall Season Registration ($75)

Walk up registrations will be held on Saturday, July 18th,25th,and August 1st from 10:00am till 12 noon at the Chain O’ Lakes complex (southwest complex) in Winter Haven. Use the north entrance.

Fall sign-ups and payments are available online or you can print out the registration form and mail with payment to:
